By purchasing or using a digital product from Light of Gratitude, you agree to these Terms of Use.
The digital images and files sold by Light of Gratitude are intended for personal and private use.
Devotional Christian Candle: The digital file is intended exclusively for the purchaser's personal contemplation. It may not be shared, published, redistributed, resold, or reproduced without prior written authorization.
Personalized Candle: The purchaser may keep, download, and share their creation for personal, non-commercial purposes. Resale, commercial redistribution, or incorporation into a product intended for sale requires prior written authorization.
Digital files are provided as is. Light of Gratitude does not guarantee their suitability for any purpose other than their intended use.
Photographs, visual creations, texts, graphic elements, and other content displayed on this website remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Any unauthorized use may result in suspension of access to the content and, if necessary, measures to protect the rights associated with the works.
Special Conditions — Personalized Candle
The purchase of a personalized candle includes a maximum of eight generation attempts per purchase.
The customer may select their final creation at any time from the generated versions. Sending the creation by email or publishing it on the Wall of Intentions permanently confirms this choice and ends any remaining attempts.
Only one final creation is permitted per purchase. It is sent by email to the address provided by the customer.
Optional Display on the Wall of Intentions: The customer may choose to publish their final creation on the Light of Gratitude Wall of Intentions for 72 hours from the time of publication.
After this period, the creation is automatically removed from public display on the Wall. This removal does not affect the creation received by email.
Right to Remove Creations: Light of Gratitude reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any creation published on the Wall of Intentions whose content is deemed inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, unlawful, or contrary to the boutique's values of respect and kindness.
